No. The AI analyzes evidence and proposes findings with confidence levels and citations; you review each one and record whether you agree, disagree, or are unsure. Determinations are yours. This is a design principle, not a disclaimer.

You can check it, and the platform checks itself. Every claim carries citations that link to the source evidence. Separately, each analysis is scored for faithfulness (are the claims supported?) and coverage (was the relevant evidence considered?), and every finding gets a confidence level from Established down to Insufficient. When the evidence is weak, the platform says so.

That’s a first-class result, not a failure. Findings on weak evidence come back as Possible or Insufficient rather than dressed-up guesses, gap analysis identifies what’s missing and what to collect, and topic synthesis flags contradictions between sources.

It doesn’t handle classified information, provide legal advice, manage case intake and assignment, run e-discovery workflows, or gather evidence from the internet. It doesn’t conduct interviews or assess witness credibility — that’s your job. Audio/video transcription is roadmap, not shipped.

Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, CSV, Markdown, RTF), images, audio/video files, email files (EML, MSG), archives (ZIP), and structured data (JSON, XML). Executables and scripts are blocked. Evidence is organized across seven types: documents, interviews, websites, observations, datasets, notes, and standards.

• Keyword search catches exact matches — case numbers, names, policy codes.
• Semantic search finds relevant passages even when the wording differs (“overtime violations” also surfaces “pressured to stay past my shift”).
• AI reranking then reads question and evidence together to promote the most relevant items and filter false positives.

Every analysis shows you exactly what was considered.

The framework draws on CIGIE Quality Standards, the GAO Yellow Book, IIA Standards, ACFE fraud-examination guidance, PCAOB, the Federal Rules of Evidence, INTOSAI, and ISO 19011. Evidence is assessed for relevance and material limitations, with the reasoning stated so you can weigh it.

• Established — strong, convergent evidence from multiple sources.
• Probable — good evidence with minor gaps.
• Possible — some evidence, significant gaps remain.
• Insufficient — too little evidence to support a reliable conclusion.

Levels are computed from the quality checks, not self-declared by the AI.
